How it works
Apply online
Choose the service, say which country you are in, and upload the documents it asks for. You can save and finish later.
Pay the mission
Pay by one of the methods the mission that serves your country lists, and enter the receipt details so an officer can confirm them.
Collect or receive it
The mission reviews your application and tells you by email what happens next. Collect in person, or have it sent back to you.
Before you start
- Have the documents the service asks for ready as PDF, JPEG or PNG files; originals are brought or sent to the mission when the service needs them.
- Use a mobile number or email address you can be reached on: tracking and every notice use the one you applied with.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the service says otherwise.
Your information
What you enter is used only to provide the service you applied for and is seen only by the mission handling it and the Ministry. A verification result shows nothing beyond the reference, the document type, the issue date, the issuing mission and your initials.
